Arizona Man Sentenced to Two Years Probation for Voter Fraud

Tucson, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced 80-year-old Richard John Greenfield was sentenced to two years of probation for voting twice in the 2016 General Election. As a part of his sentencing, the Court revoked Greenfield’s right to vote in Arizona while on probation. 

Whitecone Man Sentenced to 29.5 Years’ Prison for Second Degree Murder

Phoenix, Arizona - Last week, Bryan Joshua Tewanema, 25, of Whitecone, Arizona, was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow to 355 months of imprisonment.  Tewanema had previously pleaded guilty to second degree murder and discharging a firearm in a crime of violence.
