Baltimore, Maryland - Scott Eli Harris, 51, of Aubrey, Texas, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to one count of willfully transmitting in interstate commerce a threat to injure a Maryland doctor who had been a vocal proponent of the COVID-19 vaccine.

In a new action filed Friday, General Brnovich and 15 other attorneys general are asking a federal judge to once again block the federal government from enforcing the mandate in their respective states before it goes into effect.
