Yuma, Arizona - On Friday, November 30th, Qigong practitioner and certified teacher Juda May will present information and demonstrate basic poses of Qigong, a Chinese exercise to achieve balance and flexibility, at 10:30 a.m. at the Foothills Library.
There is no charge to attend.
Qigong (pronounced Chi Gong) is an ancient discipline practiced by millions worldwide and means energy work or effort. Qigong is easy to learn at any age and enjoyable to do. Regular practice helps increase muscular endurance, build muscular strength, evaporate stress, increase focus and improve overall health and well-being.
