8th Street and Magnolia Avenue shooting incident

Yuma, Arizona - On Friday evening, at about 10:10 pm several gunshots were heard coming from the area of 8th Street and Magnolia Avenue. A crime scene consisting of several shell casings was found near 7th Street and 19th Avenue. There were no reported injuries.

Yuma, Arizona - On September 14, 2016 at approximately 7:15 AM, a Chevy Tracker struck the west side of Mr. G’s, 501 S. 4th Avenue, causing approximately $20,000.00 worth of damages to the building.

Yuma, Arizona - Last week the Yuma Fire Department responded to 2 snake removal calls. Both snakes were rattlesnakes encountered after sundown at a park area along the river (native habitat). In both cases it was an area of minimal lighting and children were present.
