Man Sentenced to Prison for Casino Robbery in Payson

Phoenix, Arizona - Last week, Armando Pablo Ochoa, 32, of Payson, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Susan M. Brnovich to ten years in prison followed by three years of supervised release.  Ochoa had previously pleaded guilty to use of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.

Shiprock Man Sentenced to Eight Years’ Prison for DUI Causing Child’s Death

Phoenix, Arizona - On March 4, 2019, Travis Lester Begay, 30, of Shiprock, New Mexico, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Steven P. Logan to eight years’ imprisonment.  Begay had previously pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
