Detroit, Michigan - A Southfield, Michigan-based doctor pleaded guilty Monday for his role in a scheme involving approximately $2.5 million in fraudulent Medicare claims for home health and physician services that were medically unnecessary, not provided and procured through the payment of illegal kickbacks.

Yuma, Arizona - This morning, at approximately 4:31 a.m., Yuma Police officers responded to a single vehicle collision that occurred in the 2500 block of South 33RD Drive. The vehicle which was occupied by three young adult males left the roadway and struck a tree in the raised center median.

Phoenix, Arizona – Friday morning, Blane Barksdale, 55, and Susan Barksdale, 58, were arrested in Henrietta, New York. The Barksdale’s were wanted by the Tucson Police Department for 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Burglary, Arson of an Occupied Structure, Theft of Means of Transportation, Criminal Damage and Prohibited Possession.
