Tucson, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a State Grand Jury indicted Donald Theodore Diaz, Jr. with eight counts of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices and one count of Theft allegedly committed between December 2011 and April 2018.

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced Rebecca Sigeti, of Payson, was sentenced to serve six years in the Arizona Department of Corrections followed by seven years of supervised probation. Sigeti worked as an accountant and stole money from her employers, the Pine-Strawberry Water Improvement District and Sunny Mountain Realty.

Houston, Texas - A federal court entered a consent decree of permanent injunction against defendants Pharm D Solutions LLC (Pharm D); Luis R. De Leon, co-owner and Pharmacist-in-Charge; and Juan C. De Leon, co-owner and pharmacist, the Department of Justice announced Wednesday. The injunction permanently enjoins the defendants from distributing adulterated, misbranded, and unapproved new drugs in violation of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA).
