Yuma, Arizona - Today, the Yuma Police Department will begin a new project aimed at customer service for the community. The Yuma Police Department has partnered with Arizona Western College to conduct customer service surveys for citizens who have recently received service from YPD.
The first part of this program will begin Monday, August 21st. YPD Dispatch will ask callers who call YPD in a non-emergency situation if they are willing to participate in the survey program. Participation in the program is completely voluntary. If the caller agrees AWC will contact them in the near future to conduct the survey. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes and will ask questions about the service they received from the officer(s) who handled their call and questions about your neighborhood and community related concerns.
This survey will only be conducted for a limited time. The Yuma Police Department appreciates your cooperation with this project.
Any questions regarding the customer service survey can be directed towards Sergeant Robert Wright of the Quality Assurance Unit at (928) 373-4763.
