Yuma, Arizona - On Saturday, November 12th, the Yuma String Ensemble will perform from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at the Main Library. There is no charge to attend.
The Yuma String Ensemble is one of the newest AWC performance groups, and emphasizes chamber music in small groups. Musicians in the group do not have a conductor, but learn to work together and collaborate to make music together. The goal of this group is to promote lifelong learning in string chamber music in many musical styles. The ensemble is led by Maggie Fenske, adjunct music faculty at Arizona Western College.
The Main Library is located at 2951 S 21st Drive. For more information, call (928) 782-1871.
