Yuma, Arizona - This morning, the Yuma Police Department received information from a Federal agency regarding anonymous and generic social media threats to a non-specific location bearing the initials “CHS”. It has not been established that “CHS” is Cibola High School in Yuma or some other school in Arizona, or even a school or organization in another state.

Yuma, Arizona - The Arizona Western College Jazz Festival is being held in conjunction with the Village Jazz Series on Thursday, April 19. The performance will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. in the village area of the Yuma Palms Mall (in front of Harkins Theatres.)

Yuma, Arizona - This morning, at approximately 11:56 a.m., a Black 2015 Chrysler 300 struck the north side of Truck Mates, 251 W. 32nd Street. The collision caused a substantial amount of damage to the building.

Yuma, Arizona - Agents assigned to the Blythe and Wellton Border Patrol Stations seized nearly $348,000 worth of methamphetamine in multiple recent attempted drug smuggling incidents.
