Yuma, Arizona - Yuma Residents will again have a chance to watch golf professionals up close – and some will even get to play side-by-side with them – when the Sunbelt Senior Professional Tour Championship returns to Yuma’s Desert Hills Golf Course December 8-11.​

Yuma Police Department Conducting a Thanksgiving Impaired Driving Detail

Yuma, Arizona - The City of Yuma Police Department is conducting an impaired driving detail on Wednesday, November 25th; Thursday, November 26th; Friday, November 27th; Saturday, November 28th; and Sunday, November 29th, 2020.  Additional officers will be roving city streets looking to stop and arrest drivers who are impaired by alcohol or drugs.

Yuma Police Department Police Recruit Program

Yuma, Arizona - The Yuma Police Department is excited to announce the new Police Recruit Program.  This program is designed to assist local young adults who desire a career in law enforcement, but do not meet the minimum age requirement of 21.  While working in a full-time position with insurance and benefits, the Police Recruits will learn pertinent skills in policing.
