Washington, DC - Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs Ambassador Tina Kaidanow will travel to Ankara, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem, from December 11 to17 for discussions on a variety of international security issues.

Ambassador Kaidanow will meet with Turkish officials in Ankara to discuss bilateral defense trade and security cooperation. She will meet with representatives from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of National Defense to share U.S. perspectives on bilateral and regional security issues.

In Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, Ambassador Kaidanow will confer with Israeli officials about recent developments in the bilateral defense relationship, including the ten-year security assistance Memorandum of Understanding, and ongoing defense-industrial collaboration.
