Criss-Cross Bandit Suspects Arrested and Indicted

Phoenix, Arizona - On September 4, a federal grand jury indicted Seitaro Kline, 39, and Carrie Kline, 34, in connection with the “Criss-Cross Bandits” bank robbery series. The Kline’s were wanted for a string of bank robberies, which took place throughout the Phoenix-Metro area between November 5, 2016 and July 24, 2018. The nickname came from the fact that the suspects alternated which one of them committed the bank robbery. During each robbery, the suspects utilized a robbery demand note, obtained a known amount of money, and fled the scene.
