Phoenix, Arizona - This week, Garrison Sloan, 44, of Fort Defiance, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Douglas L. Rayes to 6 years’ imprisonment, to be followed by lifetime probation with sex offender conditions and registration. Sloan had previously pleaded guilty to ten counts of Voyeurism, an Arizona state law assimilated for federal prosecution.

Phoenix, Arizona - Monday, Tomacita Nez, 41, of Tuba City, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Diane J. Humetewa to 72 months’ prison followed by three years’ supervised release. Nez had previously pleaded guilty to one count of voluntary manslaughter.
