Glendale man ordered to serve 20 years in prison for child sexual exploitation

Phoenix, Arizona - A Glendale man charged with multiple counts of child sexual exploitation was sentenced Tuesday to 20 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release, following an investigation lead by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

State Grand Jury Indicts Arizona Doctor

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Phoenix Division announced a State Grand Jury indicted Dr. Harinder Kumar Takyar on 42 felony counts. The indictment alleges Dr. Takyar prescribed controlled substances with no medical necessity and provided compensation for the referral of patients to his medical offices in Mesa, Florence, and Coolidge, Arizona.
