Washington, DC - Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs Marie Royce is visiting Spain from October 15–17 to represent the United States during the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the binational agreement between Spain and United States to establish the Fulbright Program.
During her visit, Assistant Secretary Royce will deliver remarks at the International Day of Rural Women Commemoration event on October 15. On October 16, she will attend the Fulbright 60th anniversary celebration. She will also meet with government officials, academic leaders, and alumni of State Department-sponsored exchange programs.
