69 year old Scott Holt arrested for sexual conduct with a male juvenile

Yuma, Arizona - On Sunday, July 16, 2017 it was reported that 69 year old Scott Holt had sexual conduct with a male juvenile within the City Limits of Yuma.  An investigation was started and text messages and emails were located corroborating the allegations.
