Washington, DC - The media and other Trump haters can’t seem to let themselves admit it, but Donald Trump scored a big victory for the American economy on trade last week. Trump and the European Union reached a handshake deal that is designed to lower tariffs on both sides of the Atlantic. They agreed to shoot for zero tariffs on both sides of the Atlantic. Sounds like freer and fairer trade to me.

San Diego, California - The tactical free play phase of Mine Warfare operations in the Southern California (SOCAL) area of operations in support of the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise finished here today. The tactical free play phase is one of the five phases of the exercise, and the most complex training for participating units in mine warfare operations.

Orlando, Florida - When adolescents and adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D) used a new continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) device containing a sensor that can remain implanted in the arm for up to 180 days, the system provided accurate glucose measurement with no major side effects, according to the study, “First Assessment of the Performance of an Implantable CGM System through 180 Days in a Primarily Adolescent Population with Type 1 Diabetes,” presented at the American Diabetes Association’s® (ADA’s) 78th Scientific Sessions® at the Orange County Convention Center.
