Minneapolis, Minnesota - One of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) 10 most wanted human trafficking fugitives was arrested, by ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents in Chicago, while he was leaving a hospital in Gary, Indiana, on Friday afternoon.
