San Luis, Arizona - Discover the benefits of Qigong at the San Luis Library! On Thursday, July 7th, Librarian Jose Beltran will present information and demonstrate basic poses of Qigong, a Chinese exercise to achieve balance and flexibility, at 10:30 a.m. Instruction will be offered in English and Spanish. There is no charge to attend.
