Pine-Strawberry, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a State Grand Jury indicted a former bookkeeper for allegedly stealing more than $841,000 from the Pine-Strawberry Water Improvement District and Sunny Mountain Realty, a private business. Rebecca Sigeti, 60, is currently facing 40 felony charges including Theft, Misuse of Public Monies, and Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices.

Bullhead City, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced two arrest warrants have been issued for the alleged mastermind of a Northern Arizona opioid ring and her accomplice. 29-year-old Amanda Lee Doyle is currently on the run and wanted by the Attorney General’s Office for allegedly operating an opioid ring. Special Agents are also searching for Doyle’s accomplice, 25-year-old Gavin Robel. Anyone with information on Doyle or Roble’s whereabouts should call 602-542-8419.

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich and the Arizona Corporation Commission announced a former investment adviser representative pleaded guilty to stealing more than $3 million dollars in client funds. Richard Mark Schmerman, 58, pleaded guilty to 2 counts of Theft and 2 counts of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices.
