Globe, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced an Arizona State Grand Jury indicted 40-year-old Dr. Jamison Mark Foster on 30 felony charges including Acquisition of Narcotic and Dangerous Drugs by Fraud, Fraudulent Schemes, Forgery, and Taking the Identity of Another.

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced inmate Jason Bullard, the ringleader of a property fraud title scheme, was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Co-conspirator Rockney Martineau was sentenced to 18 years in prison for his role in the fraud scheme.

Phoenix, Arizona - Governor Doug Ducey Thursday announced the appointment of Gilbert Davidson to serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the State of Arizona.  Davidson, a dedicated and effective public administrator, currently serves as the Town Manager of the Town of Marana - a position he was appointed to in 2008. He began his tenure at Marana as deputy town manager in June 2005.
