Somerton, Arizona - In an ongoing effort to reduce the number of drug and alcohol-impaired drivers on our streets and highways, the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety recently awarded the Somerton Police Department $3,100.00 in DUI Enforcement Grant Funding. This funding was provided to the Somerton Police Department to purchase three new portable breathalyzers, which will be used during DUI and underage drinking investigations.

New Orleans, Louisiana - A senior leader of the Aryan Circle (AC) and a subordinate gang member pleaded guilty yesterday to being an accessory-after-the-fact to racketeering murder, announced Assistant Attorney General Bryan A. Cleveland, Ohio - While in Cleveland, Attorney General Jeff Sessions today announced the unsealing of a 43-count indictment in federal court in Cleveland, which charges two Chinese citizens with operating a conspiracy that manufactured and shipped deadly fentanyl analogues and 250 other drugs to at least 25 countries and 37 states. The indictment also alleges the drugs sold by the group directly led to the fatal overdoses of two people in Akron, Ohio.
