Phoenix, Arizona - Governor Doug Ducey, National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien, Senator Martha McSally, Arizona National Guard members, and more today joined Marsha and Carl Mueller, the parents of Kayla Mueller, for a special painting unveiling at the Arizona National Guard Barry Goldwater hangar. The painting, “Into The Breach,” symbolizes the 2019 raid, named in honor of Kayla Mueller, that killed ISIS terrorist leader al-Baghdadi.

The report ranks states’ economic momentum based on growth in personal income, employment and population. Arizona ranked in the top four for employment growth and population growth. Arizona is tied for third with Montana.

Phoenix, Arizona - Arizona’s median household income rose by 15.2% over the latest three-year recording period, according to new data from the U.S. Census Bureau. That was the highest growth among western and mountain states, and higher than Texas and Florida. The Census data, which compares income growth averaged between 2014-2016 and 2017-2019, indicates that the median household income in Arizona rose by more than $8,600.
