Yuma, Arizona - Batter up! On Wednesday, January 4th, Librarian Jim Patrick will present “Baseball in Yuma: The Ups and Downs of a Baseball Town” at 2:00 p.m. at the Somerton Library. Topics include minor league successes and failures, local teams and leagues, and Yuma’s role as a spring training location for professional baseball teams, including the San Diego Padres and the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.

Tempe, Arizona - The Sun Devils are adding three to their roster for 2017-18 as part of the early signing period as Navonte Demison and Brandon Courtney have signed National Letters of Intent (NLI) while Dakota Galt will also join the ASU roster next season. The signing class features a trio of state champions, also featuring national champions in their respective weight classes.

Eugene, Oregon - Sun Devil Football will return to action Saturday with a trip to Eugene, to face the Oregon Ducks at Autzen Stadium. The game is scheduled for a 2 p.m. AZT kickoff and will be broadcast live on the Pac-12 Networks. Roxy Bernstein, Anthony Herron and Lewis Johnson will provide the call.
