Tuba City Man Sentenced to Nearly 20 Years in Federal Prison for Abusive Sexual Contact of a Minor

Phoenix, Arizona - Monday, Rodney Begay, of Tuba City, Arizona, a member of the Navajo Indian Nation, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge John J. Tuchi to 235 months in prison, followed by a lifetime term of supervised release.  Begay had previously pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact of a minor.

Smoke Signal Man Sentenced to 24 Years for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor

Phoenix, Arizona - Monday, Michael K. Judy, 62, of Smoke Signal, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Steven P. Logan to 24 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release.  Judy had previously pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor.
