Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a State Grand Jury indicted Hans Burnett for allegedly altering drinking water bacteria test results. Burnett, a foreman at the City of Cottonwood Water Testing Laboratory, is accused of changing test results submitted to state regulators to replace positive results for bacterial contamination with negative results.

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich Thursday filed a Petition for Special Action asking the Arizona Supreme Court to declare the City of Tempe is violating state law when it improperly gives a tax break to private developments. State law was amended in 2010 to prohibit such tax breaks.
