Phoenix, Arizona - Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne is today announcing the arrests of six members of the Sanchez Money Laundering Organization in Tucson and New York. Armando Robles Urrea, Conception Suarez-Montijo, Gladis Celaya-Reuelas, Noemi Suarez-Montijo, Frank Babcock, and Maria Yvette Sanchez-Arvizu were arrested. Luis and Julio Villagrana were spotted on Tuesday night, but fled from law enforcement and have not yet been picked up.
Phoenix, Arizona - Carl Carlson, 46, of Teesto, Arizona, a member of the Navajo Nation, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge James A. Teilborg to a total of 300 months in prison, followed by a lifetime term of supervised release. Carlson is also required to register as a sex offender in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Phoenix, Arizona - Mario Lee White, 27, a member of the Gila River Indian Community, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge James Carrto 100 months in prison after previously pleading guilty to two counts of felon in possession of a firearm on June 26, 2013.
