Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a State Grand Jury indicted 55-year-old Danny Lee Wallace on eight felony counts including Computer Tampering, Aggravated Luring, and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced four people have been indicted for their alleged involvement in a nationwide telemarketing scam targeting seniors. The indictment alleges Lukeroy Kendrick Rose, Solana DePaola, Cordell James Bess, and Dino Nick Mitchell conspired to operate Rose Marketing LLC, a telemarketing business, in order to scam seniors across the country out of thousands of dollars.

Apartment Fire at 200 South 7th Avenue

Yuma, Arizona - On Sunday, just after 10:30 pm, a fire was reported in an apartment at 200 South 7th Avenue. Yuma Fire Department personnel arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the apartment, with reports that an elderly tenant was unaccounted for and may have been inside. Firefighters entered the apartment and did a search that confirmed there was no one home. The fire was quickly knocked down with fire damage contained to the bedroom and contents where the fire was located.
