Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a judge issued an arrest warrant for 54-year-old Elda Graciela Margez De Zamora. Margez De Zamora failed to appear at an initial pretrial conference and is believed to be on the run. A State Grand Jury indicted Margez De Zamora for allegedly operating an unlicensed dental practice. She is currently facing 2 felony counts including Fraudulent Schemes and Practices and Practicing Dentistry Without a License.

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a judge sentenced Steve Nolte to 9 years in prison for stealing more than $571,000 from his former employer. The sentence imposed by the Court was ordered to run consecutive to Nolte’s three-year federal prison sentence for passport fraud, aggravated identity theft, and use of a falsely-obtained Social Security Number.

Dallas, Texas - For patients age 50 and younger, the risk of premature death after a heart attack has dropped significantly, but their risk is still almost twice as high when compared to the general population, largely due to heart disease and other smoking-related diseases, according to new research in Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes, an American Heart Association journal.
