Yuma, Arizona - This morning, at approximately 7:50 a.m., Yuma Police Officers responded to the area of E. 37th Street and Hinckley Drive, in reference to an attempted kidnapping. The suspect vehicle was described as an older red van and the suspect was described as a white male in his 30’s.

New York - Gregory Lepsky, 20, of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, pleaded guilty today to an information charging him with one count of attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization. Lepsky admitted that he planned to construct and use a pressure cooker bomb in New York on behalf of ISIS.
