Goodyear, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced 29-year-old Jesse Anthony Garcia, of Goodyear, was charged with 9 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Appearing before Judge Joseph Mikitish, Garcia was held to answer on a complaint filed on March 24, 2020.
