Miami, Florida - Eight Florida residents were charged in an indictment that was unsealed today for their alleged participation in a multimillion-dollar fraud scheme involving prescription compounding pharmacies located in the Tampa Bay, Florida, area and in Miami.

San Antonio, Texas - A former general manager at an orphanage in Malawi was sentenced today to 25 years in prison for one count of engaging in illicit sexual conduct in a foreign place, announced Assistant Attorney General Leslie R. Caldwell of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Richard L. Durbin Jr. of the Western District of Texas.
