Justice Department Files Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Against Owner of Rental Property

Cullman, Alabama - The Justice Department today announced that it has filed a lawsuit alleging that Randy Hames, a residential property owner and landlord in Cullman, Alabama, subjected female tenants to egregious sexual harassment in violation of the Fair Housing Act. Along with Randy Hames, the Department’s complaint names his residential property company, Hames Marina, LLC, as a defendant.
