Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich applauded the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) yesterday for its efforts in crafting a proposed settlement in the planned merger of T-Mobile US, Inc. (“T-Mobile”) and Sprint Corporation (“Sprint”) (collectively the “New T-Mobile”) that adopts several provisions sought by the Arizona Attorney General's Office ("AGO").

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that ALTA, an Arizona startup that will allow cash-intensive businesses to make and receive digital payments without a bank, has been approved to enter Arizona's FinTech Sandbox. Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich Monday announced that a coalition of 50 Attorneys General, comprising 48 states, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has reached a settlement with Equifax as the result of an investigation into a massive 2017 data breach. The investigation found that Equifax’s failure to maintain a reasonable security system enabled hackers to penetrate its systems, exposing the data of 56 percent of American adults—the largest-ever breach of consumer data.
