Yuma, Arizona - In February 2021, the Yuma County Library District is celebrating 100 years of public library service. Help us commemorate the occasion by designing a bookmark! A winner will be selected from each age group, and copies of the winning bookmarks will be distributed beginning in September 2020.
Attorney General Brnovich Advises Arizonans that Nursing Homes Cannot Take CARES Stimulus Checks

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich reminds residents of assisted living facilities and nursing homes and their families that Medicaid-funded facilities cannot take CARES Act Economic Impact Payments made to residents. Facilities and homes do not have a lawful claim on those funds and cannot take the money unless the recipient freely chooses to use the money to pay bills.
