Yuma, Arizona - Sew Much Fun, Write on the Edge, Yarn Over Yuma, Quilting Club at the Foothills Library:

“Sew Much Fun,” a series of sewing classes for beginners, will be held Friday, May 18^th, at 2:00 p.m. at the Foothills Library, 13226 E. South Frontage Road. Learn the basics of how to use a sewing machine from an accomplished seamstress. Or, bring your unfinished projects to work on in the company of other sewers!

There is no charge to attend. If possible, bring your own portable sewing machine. For more information, please call the Foothills Library at (928) 342-1640.

"Write on the Edge" meets each Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Foothills Library. Aspiring writers are invited to share thoughts on writing and share their work.

“Yarn over Yuma” meets every Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Foothills Library. Meet fellow knitters and crocheters and share tips and techniques! Feel free to bring a work in progress. All ages and levels of experience are welcome.

The Foothills Library Quilting Club will meet Friday, May 11^th and 25^th, and Friday, June 8^th and 22^nd, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Foothills Library, 13226 E. South Frontage Road. Learn about quilting through fun, easy projects! Feel free to bring your scraps, materials, questions, and ideas. All ages and levels of sewing experience are welcome.
