Yuma, Arizona - Discover the benefits of Qigong at the Foothills Library! On Thursday, June 30th, Librarian Jose Beltran will present information and demonstrate basic poses of Qigong, a Chinese exercise to achieve balance and flexibility, at 10:30 a.m. There is no charge to attend.

Qigong is an ancient discipline practiced by millions worldwide and means energy work or effort. Qigong is easy to learn at any age and enjoyable to do. Regular practice helps increase muscular endurance, build muscular strength, evaporate stress, increase focus and improve overall health and well-being.
