Yuma, Arizona - This evening, at around 6:15 p.m. the Yuma Police Department was contacted in reference to a missing subject.
Patsy Lee Lewis was last at her residence, 2008 S. 14th Avenue, around 5:00 p.m. by her husband. Patsy Lewis is described as a white female, 5’4” and 145 pounds with shoulder length white hair. She was last seen wearing a red short sleeved shirt and red pants. Patsy suffers from dementia, heart issues and has difficulty walking.
A silver alert is being issued.
