Yuma, Arizona - Arizona Western College Science department invites over 70 area junior high school students to participate in Geospatial Day November 2nd. The students will learn about the scientific practices of geospatial technics and studies.
Geospatial refers to the use of science in geographic locating and characteristics of the earth’s surface. The AWC faculty and guest speakers will further explain the technics and the uses of geospatial methods.
