Phoenix, Arizona - On October 25, 2013, Lee Kinder Tso, 51, of Many Farms, Arizona, and a member of the Navajo Nation, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Neil V. Wake to 141 months in federal prison. He had previously pleaded guilty on March 15, 2013, to assault with a dangerous weapon and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
