Yuma, Arizona - On Sunday, August 17, 2008 at approximately 12:45am, Yuma Police Department Officers responded to The Pub, 179 East 1st Street regarding a stabbing victim. Joseph Rasmusson was found with multiple stab wounds. Rasmusson was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center where he underwent surgery. Rasmusson is listed in Critical Condition at YRMC. On Sunday, August 17, 2008 at approximately 10:24pm, Keith Noel was taken into custody. Noel was booked on charges of Attempted Homicide, 2 counts of Aggravated Assault and Assisting a Criminal Street Gang. The investigation continues.
