Yuma, Arizona - On 6/27/08 at approximately 2320 hours, Freddy Rodriguez was arrested by the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Yuma County Jail. Rodriguez was booked into jail on charges of 2nd degree homicide, endangerment, and leaving the scene of a fatal collision.
Rodriguez had been hiding in Mexico. He was convinced to return to the United States and turn himself in by YCSO Investigators. |
