Yuma, Arizona - This evening at 6:00, The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office Detention Academy Class #65 will be graduating 9 new officers. The graduation ceremony will be held at Gila Vista Junior High School in the cafeteria.

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office prides itself on its officers and staff and is very proud to conduct it’s own internal training academy. The Class 65 includes:

Jaramillo, Juan; Albarran Jasso, Ricardo; Lorona, Gabriel, Garcia-Araujo, Jesus; Rodriguez, Jonathan; Prather, Zachariah,  Stoltz-McCormick, David; Charles, Christina; Vazquez, David

After graduation, the new officers will join their fellow Detention Officers in the daily operation of the Yuma County Jail.
