CITY OF YUMA SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION/ROUNDTABLE AGENDA

CALL TO ORDER

CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:

I. MAJOR ROADWAYS PLAN: Presentation by various City staff on the following

street segments as contained in the 2005 Major Roadways Plan:

• 1st Avenue from 8th Street to 18th Street

• Arizona Avenue from 16th Street to Giss Parkway

• Cumulating map of roadway actions taken to date

II. FINAL PLAT: SAGUARO SUBDIVISION PHASE #1: Briefing by various staff,

regarding the development of the final plat for the Saguaro Subdivision Phase #1.

III. 2010 CENSUS: General discussion and update on staff actions and preparations

made locally for 2010 Census by Laurie Lineberry and Jennifer Albers

IV. UPDATES: Communication from the Mayor, City Administrator and various City staff

to City Council giving brief updates on the following items. City Council questions

regarding the update must be limited solely for clarification purposes. If further

discussion is warranted, the issue will be added to a future agenda for a detailed

briefing.

V. EXECUTIVE SESSION: An Executive Session may be held during this meeting for

personnel, legal, litigation and real estate matters pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-

431.03 A (1), (3), (4), & (7).
