Yuma, Arizona - On January 2nd 2009 at approximately 10pm the Yuma county Sheriff’s Office responded to the 3800 block of west 3rd place in regards to a sexual assault and indecent exposure case to a Minor. Investigation revealed that the suspect in this case Abraham Rodriguez did have sexual contact with the minor and was booked into the Yuma County jail. Rodriguez was charged formally today with one count of Kidnapping, One count of Sexual Conduct with a Minor and one count of Sexual Assault. |
