Tucson, Arizona - Family and friends of one of Arizona's best known lawyers have established a scholarship fund for The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. John J. Bouma, chairman of Snell & Wilmer LLP law offices headquartered in Phoenix, was honored with the creation of the scholarship.

Yuma, Arizona - This morning at 2:44 am, the Yuma Police Department was dispatched to the Chevron at 500 East 32^nd Street in reference to a 911 call. Officers arrived and found the adult male clerk shot once in the torso. The clerk was transported to the Yuma Regional Medical Center, where he remains with serious injuries.
