Yuma Police Seek Gerry Michael Hight for Assaulting Police Officers

Yuma, Arizona - In the early afternoon hours of Friday, December 5th 2008, Yuma Police Officers and Detectives attempted to apprehend Gerry Michael Hight in the area of 20th Street and 8th Avenue. Mr. Hight was being sought in reference to a burglary investigation, and he had fled from police on at least two previous occasions.

Cooperation Results in Major Marijuana Seizure in Douglas

Douglas, Arizona - A United States Customs and Border Protection detector dog team assisted the joint efforts of the Douglas Police Department and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, resulting in the seizure of more than 860 pounds of marijuana last week.
