San Luis, Arizona - United States Customs and Border Protection at the San Luis port of entry seized more than 200 pounds of marijuana and more than 106 pounds of cocaine in three separate instances last week, arresting three persons in connection with the failed smuggling attempts. |

Yuma, Arizona - Homicide suspect Hugo Miguel Rodriguez was taken into custody this afternoon at about 2:30 PM. Mr. Rodriguez surrendered himself to Yuma County Sheriff's Deputies without incident at the Sheriff's main office, 145 S. 3rd Avenue. Mr. Rodriguez was being sought in reference to the homicide of Octavio Acosta, which occurred last week. |
