Yuma, Arizona - Think that teens don't like family meals? Think again. A recent survey of 1,063 teens, conducted by The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University, found that 84 percent of teens prefer dinner with their families, while 13 percent prefer to eat dinner alone.

Circle K Armed Robbery Suspects Sought by Police

Yuma, Arizona - On Tuesday, August 12 at about 12:20 am, the Circle K store at 2409 S. 8th Avenue was robbed at gunpoint by two males whose faces were covered. They were last seen running south in the alley between 7th and 8th Ave. No one was injured during the incident.

Governor Janet Napolitano Announced Changes to Senior Staff

Phoenix, Arizona - Governor Janet Napolitano has announced changes to her senior staff and has announced a new state agency leader. Dennis Burke, Napolitano’s Chief of Staff, will leave his job in mid-September to work on a variety of political campaigns in Arizona.

Carlos Montes Surrenders to Yuma Police Department

Yuma, Arizona - On Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at about 11:00 am, Carlos Montes came into the Yuma Police Department and turned himself in. Montes was wanted for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for assault and for questioning in reference to being a witness in the Eduardo Renteria Homicide Investigation.
